The Basic Marine Electronics Installation course is designed to provide the
student with proper instruction techniques to install many types of marine
electronics. They will learn the proper techniques to drill holes, choose
the proper wire size and route wires while maintaining the integrity of
the hull.
Course Objectives
Upon completion of this course, students will have the basic understanding
of the proper techniques to choose the units that fit their needs and
location on the boat. They will learn the proper theories to make a
successful installation using the correct wire size, proper techniques,
reduce the chance of electrical interference and proper drilling and
sealing as to not damage their boat.
